¡Hola! I'm so excited to be a Mustang and looking forward to learning loads this school year alongside my Spanish I and Spanish II students!
I earned my bachelor's degree in Foreign Language Education from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!). I grew up bilingual in the United States by Puerto Rican parents. While at USF, I had the opportunity to earn a second bachelor's in Gerontology (study of aging) and even was able to work in an assisted living setting.
When I'm not busy grading papers or trying to implement the latest research-based strategies into my classroom, you can find me in un rincón reading a book, hanging out at a local coffee shop, or catching a movie at the theaters.
