MHS Honors Five Student-Athletes on National Signing Day

February 1 is National Signing Day. Manor High School celebrated the event by honoring five student-athletes in front of a packed auditorium. Seniors from football and volleyball signed their letters of intent to play on the collegiate level. These students worked hard not only under the lights, but also in the classroom.

Football:

Michael Foster Jr.—Wide Receiver (University of Texas-Permian Basin)

Jawan Sykes—Strong Safety (Fort Scott Community College)

Kenny Miller Jr.- Running Back, Cornerback (Northwestern Oklahoma State)

Volleyball:

Arianna McCarver—Middle Blocker, Outside Hitter, Defensive Specialist (Wharton County Junior College)

Nia Roberts—Defensive Specialist (Garden City Junior College)

Parents, coaches, and administrators also thanked the student-athletes for setting an example for the rest of MHS. Manor ISD would like to congratulate these outstanding students and wish them continued success!
